Great installation service from Rob at JB Custom Installs of Northallerton. Having moved into a new house I was able to get a quote and install quickly arranged. Rob arrived early after ringing to check that was ok and was friendly and efficient in installing a new aerial. Throughly recommended if you are in the Northallerton area.

JB Custom Installs recently fitted a domestic CCTV system to our home. They were recommended to us by a neighbour, who couldn't speak too highly of their professionalism and workmanship. A site survey to enable a quote was initially, and promptly, arranged by John, with the installation taking place just under a fortnight later. Rob and Charlie installed the system and took great care in providing an extremely high standard of service throughout, including, for example, expertly trimming uPVC soffit board edges around the base of two cameras to ensure a neat, flush finish. This proved that the little details were taken care of with just as much pride as the main work. They then took time to demonstrate how to operate the system and even supervised the downloading of apps to show how the remote access viewing worked. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this company for the level of personal service they provide, the quality of the equipment installed and the professional manner in which they undertake their craft.
